Dear Church Family,

At Calvary Community Church, everything we do is driven by one goal: to reach more people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

That’s why I’m thrilled to share a major step forward in our mission—we are launching a full auditorium refresh, approved unanimously by our Board of Elders. We’re calling this initiative:

A Refresh for Reach

Why Now?

Our auditorium has faithfully served as the hub of worship, teaching, and outreach for years. Many have come to faith in Jesus Christ right in this building. But it’s time for a reset—not just for appearance, but for purpose. This refresh is about improving the tools we use to preach Christ clearly, connect with guests effectively, and minister to every generation dynamically. Imagine a place that looks welcoming, modern, and has the gospel clearly preached. That’s what A Refresh for Reach seeks to accomplish.

Our church is growing. Our digital ministry is expanding. And our community needs the gospel of Jesus Christ more than ever. This refresh is about positioning Calvary to reach farther, love better, and serve longer. We want to be the place where people can settle in and serve God for generations to come.

What Will the Refresh Include?

We’re excited to pursue:

• Modernized lighting, sound, and media systems for clearer communication and best in class livestreams
• New seating and layout adjustments for comfort, accessibility, and increased capacity
• Visual and functional improvements that enhance the worship atmosphere
• Completely renovated bathrooms that meet current ADA requirements
• Updates that support all church ministries more effectively

What’s Our Role?

This project is not funded by borrowing money—it’s entrusted to us, the Calvary family. We’re asking you to pray and consider what part you can play in giving toward this refresh.

• Gathering various quotes for materials and labor costs
• Establishing clear budget goals and how to give to the project
• Work on timelines and finding places you can help volunteer your time
